Building located on Monte Castro in the city of Vigo, initially called “CASTROALTOMIRA”, overlooking the valley and the estuary. Work projected and carried out during the years 1965/6 and 1967.
Its initial purpose was to house the owner’s residence on the upper floor, an industrialist mainly dedicated to the large-scale manufacturing of ceramic tableware, artistic ceramics, and tempered glass.
The two lower floors beneath his residence was a guest house and another floor had areas for business and commercial meetings.
The ground floor-basement was dedicated to outdoor and indoor social and sports facilities.
It currently presents multiple functional and formal variations as it has been destined to be a Conservatory of Music.
