Arvo arquitectura de Juan has carried out the design, in collaboration with MBO and with Interiorismo de ADL, and direction of execution of the fitting out of a kiosk for a restaurant with fitting out, restoration and conservation works, and fitting out the terrace.
The Pavilion Project approved by the local Historical Heritage Commission and which is part of the Tender Document has been taken as a reference for integration into the environment.
The Pavilion project is by Guridi-Tartás architects. The intervention on the existing building has been minimized due to sustainability criteria.
This new restaurant is integrated with the surroundings of the Park and especially with the new exterior pavilions that are an essential part of the action of homogenization and integration of the buildings in the surroundings of the Lake.
As a result, a new restaurant with a splendid terrace on the shores of the Lake with impressive views of the Madrid skyline.
